Laura is performing as a dancer, actor, and singer in this genre-defying musical, A Tap of the Creature's Curse. This show premiered last year with a different cast to huge success and Laura is very excited to step into one of the leading roles. It’s silly, it’s fun, and the dancing is exquisite. Laura returns to Santa Monica High School on 10/13 to present the Alexander Technique to orchestra students and their families. This is Laura’s second year bringing AT to SaMoHi and is thrilled to continue connecting with this community.
Laura will give an Alexander Technique class on October 11 for Orange County Chapter of the American Guild of Organists.

AT on Stage is a lab for performers to do what they do with individual, hands-on guidance in the Alexander Technique with Laura. The 2025 Spring semester begins 2/3 and Laura is teaching a group Intro to Alexander Technique class and offering private Alexander coaching to advanced students. It’s going to be a great semester!
Laura will be assistant faculty at the Alexander Technique Center of Albuquerque January 19-31, 2025. If you would like to work with Laura over Facetime during that period, please contact her to discuss that option.
Laura will be giving an introductory class on AT for Actors for the SAG-AFTRA LA Conservatory Intensive on 9/28 from 10:45-12:15 pm. Laura previously presented at LA Conservatory intensives pre-pandemic and is happy to be returning to this enriching event.
Laura returns to Mount Saint Mary’s University to teach Alexander Technique to music performance majors for the Fall semester. Laura has been with MSMU since 2018.
LA Community College music department is hosting Laura for a presentation on the Alexander Technique for music students.

I will be taking time off for two reasons this summer: 1) From July 20-27, I will be teaching at OperaWorks in Atlanta 2) I am getting married in early August!

Laura will teach an AT workshop focusing on the use of the voice at ATI-LA in Santa Monica on 2/24 from 2-4 pm. In this two-hour workshop, we will explore your experience in singing and apply the tools of the Alexander Technique to enliven our singing practice. Bring your questions, challenges, and even sections of repertoire if you like. The fee for the workshop is $70. All voice users are welcome!
